To Community:  From I-264, take the North Newtown Road exit. Cross over Virginia Beach Blvd. Turn right onto Daniel Smith Rd. Continue on Prospect Ln.  Veer left, continuing on Goose Creek Rd.  Turn left onto Boundbrook Ct. 

To Leasing Office:  From I-264, take the North Newtown Road exit. Cross over Virginia Beach Blvd. Turn right into Newpointe Shopping Center. BB&T, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Burger King are in front of the shopping center.  Look for Premier Realty, suite 132 in the right corner of the center.
